Returns & Refunds - Kozey®

At Kozey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bedding purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the shipping date of your order.

The Following Conditions Apply:
  • Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as when received, including any tags still attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be included with your return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items purchased on sale, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
How to Initiate a Return:
  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email us at hello@getkozey.com, making sure to include your order number and reason for the return. Ensure the above conditions are met.
  2. Return Approval: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and assist you in shipping the item back.
What Happens Next?:

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect your order upon reception. We will review the issue and take appropriate action, including issuing a refund or replacement for damaged or incorrect items.
